The company was born recently but with years of experience of the owner in the field of renewable energy and sustainable building and in particular exploiting the advantages of prefabrication developing, in concert with some manufacturers, technologies that allow both economic benefits and a higher quality of the product in time.

In particular, the company deals with three main sectors:

   • Housing Technologies sector, we propose some types of prefabricated structures with low energy consumption and some particular completion materials for the same buildings. In particular, prefabricated houses with wooden frame structure and high quality finishes are proposed. The materials of the walls as insulation are customizable and offer both standard and completely breathable structures with natural and BIO materials.

From the energy point of view we are able to propose ACTIVE homes, that is not only self-sufficient from the energy point of view but that produce more energy than that consumed thanks to the plant engineering and the extreme efficiency of the enclosure.

    - among the accessories we offer the whole range of finishing materials for homes such as sanitary fittings, interior and exterior doors and floors. The proposed materials are distinguished by economic convenience combined with great quality, especially in the flooring sector we offer the BAMBOO in its various expressions and colors. We believe this material is environmentally friendly and has an extremely interesting quality / price ratio.

Among the external windows we offer materials such as PVC, wood and aluminum wood in various sections types and colors. The processes are all personalized and tailor-made. Particular care we put in the glasses proposing both the single-chamber with argon gas and the bi-chamber also with stratified sheets.

   • energy sector with a wide range of materials ranging from photovoltaics with storage of electricity and lithium batteries, up to solar thermal.

     

   • heating technologies VERO HEART OF THE ENTIRE SYSTEM with a series of innovative materials and technologies in the world of heating. The main material in this key sector is INFRAROSSO.

     This innovative system (dual system) allows the heating of rooms with the sole installation of electric radiant panels on the wall, both at low and high temperatures, or with the laying of electric underlay mats. In both cases, these are technologies that combine well with photovoltaic systems but which alone guarantee adequate energy savings compared to gas (about 15-20% even without photovoltaic); in the particular case of restructuring, there is a net saving on plant engineering and works to be carried out. Suffice it to say that the supply of material for an average two-bedroom apartment living room and kitchen has an average impact of about 2,400.0 - 2,500.00 euros (average perimeter insulation); the installation consists only of two pressure caps for each element and an electrical outlet available. The company is able to offer different products of different brands (all Italian or European) in order to cover a complete choice both in the housing sector and in the hotel, public and industrial sectors.

     To complete this range, the company proposes a series of electric heat pumps for both ACS and floor heating (alternatively) by proposing floor panels with innovative surfaces that increase the yield of the systems themselves.

     In the field of water heating we are able to propose IONIC systems with electric operation (zero direct pollution), with very advantageous purchase and management costs.
